02/20/2019 – 19:04:04- Update: The man from the images has been identified and contacted by detectives. This is still an ongoing investigation and his name will not be released until the case has been reviewed by the district attorney.
13:51:55 – Owasso Officers were dispatched to a report of a man exposing himself inside a vehicle in the Sprout’s parking lot. A woman victim reported that she was walking out of the store through the parking lot when she saw a man sitting inside a vehicle exposing his genitals and touching himself inappropriately. The victim described that the man was looking at her as she walked past his vehicle and appeared to be fully aware that she could see what he was doing. The man left the parking lot in a light gray or blue sedan prior to the officers’ arrival. Images of the man were recovered from security cameras inside a business.
