The theme for Owasso Rams 2016 Homecoming Parade them is “The Greatest Homecoming on Earth,” a celebration of circus and the ensemble of everyone at Owasso High School!
The parade will be Thursday, October 13. The parade will begin at 4:30pm at Central Park Neighborhood towards the High School along 129th.
