12/08/2020 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred on December 7th at approximately 6:8 PM on Highway 169 northbound at 161st E Ave, approximately 2 north of Collinsville, OK in Tulsa County.  

Roseann Malish, 66 of Owasso was driving a  1999 Toyota 4 Runner and pulled out from a stop sign to go southbound on Highway 169.  A 2015 Ford F-150, driven by Michael Taylor, age 44 of Claremore swerved to miss her, and was hit by a 2017 Ford Fiesta, driven by Linda Kay Colclasure, 56 of Nowata. Colclasure’s vehicle also broadsided Malish’s vehicle.

Malish was pinned for approximately 22 minutes extricated by Northwest Fire Department using extrication tools. She was transported by OTEMS to St John Hospital in Tulsa, OK with head, trunk external, trunk internal, arm, and leg injuries.  She was admitted in stable condition. Her passenger, Daniel Patterson, 29 of Owasso, refused treatment at the scene.

Colclasure was pinned for approximately 42 minutes, extricated by Collinsville Fire Department using extrication tools. She was transported by Collinsville Fire Department to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK with head, trunk external, trunk internal, arm, and leg injuries.  She was admitted in stable condition.

Taylor was not injured.
