jim-paculaJim Pacula, president of Manufacturing Services & Innovations, LLC, and former president of the Gatesway Foundation Board of Trustees has been named CEO for Gatesway Foundation, a Broken Arrow-based not-for-profit organization that provides residential and employment services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Pacula, a resident of Owasso, has been a trustee for eight years, was the organization’s board vice president last year and president in 2014. Most recently, he was elected as president of the Board of Trustees for the 2016 term, but has resigned that position to lead the organization as its Chief Executive Officer.  Pacula has also served on the Employment for Individuals Committee and chaired the Gatesway Celebrity Golf Classic Committee and has played an active role in the development in the organization since 2010.

Gloria Morton, who served as interim President of the organization since the resignation of former CEO Judi Myers will continue in this role assisting Pacula with the day to day operations of the organization.

“I’m excited to take on this new role with Gatesway,” said Pacula, “I look forward to working with staff to ensure the organization continues to thrive.  I know with the cuts organizations like Gatesway have received from the state it will sometimes be challenging, but I’m confident Gatesway has a bright future despite the obstacles we will likely face.”

Ray Miller, president of Fleming Building Company of Arkansas and Gatesway board member, has been selected to serve Pacula’s unexpired term as the Board of Trustees President.

“Gatesway is in good hands with Jim [Pacula] and I know he will serve the organization well,” said Miller, “His business experience and heart for the people Gatesway serves has been demonstrated through his already many years of service to the organization.”
