ohp ohpThe Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred on March 12, 2017 at approximately 10:25pm  on 76th Street North at 193 East Avenue, approximately four miles east of Owasso City Limits in Rogers County.

 

According to the report, a   2004 Ford F150 driven by a 17 year old juvenile male of Owasso was westbound on 76th Street North, failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the right side of the road, over-corrected, ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree. He was transported by private vehicle to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa where he was treated and released for arm and external torso injuries.

The passenger, a 16 year old juvenile male of Owasso was pinned for approximately 18 minutes and was extricated by Limestone Fire using the Jaws of Life. He was then transported by Owasso EMS to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in stable condition with head, arm, leg, internal, and external torso injuries.
