03/20/2019 – The annual Yardwaste Collection Program for the City of Owasso begins on April 8th, and will run through November 18th for 2019.
All yard waste is required to be separated from other residential refuse and must be placed in city-supplied clear compost bags or specifically requested, City of Owasso issued red polycarts, if curbside pickup is desired.
The brush needs to be tied in bundles not more than four feet in length and two feet in diameter. For collection, place bundles in the red polycart, or attach a city-supplied clear compost bag to each bundle. 
For new customers only: to start the service, please complete the Yard Waste Order Form and deliver to the Public Works Department.
The fee for the red cart is $13.95 per month. The approved compost bags are $9.00 for a roll of 10. Compost bags can be purchased at City Hall, the Owasso Recycle Center, and Owasso Quik Trip stores.
