P McculoughPeggy Ann McCullough was born August 6, 1934, in Barnsdall, Oklahoma, to Carmen Clyde and Ruth Mae (Butcher) Howell. She died Saturday, May 21, 2016, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 81 years. Peggy completed her education in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Will Rogers High School Class of 1952. She was married May 24, 1952, at Kiefer, Oklahoma, to Bob McCullough. She spent over 37 years working with OTASCO and was the first woman to reach the level of supervisor. She and Bob had lived on a farm in rural Vinita, Oklahoma, where she worked with KAMO electric. She also spent time working with Stairmaster. Peggy loved animals and spent time helping her two boys at cattle shows while they were in high school with FFA. She was a member of the Shih Tzu Association and raised many dogs, which she only sold to qualified dog owners. She enjoyed gardening and working in her flower garden. Family was most important to Peggy and especially spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.

Special Aunt; Geraldine Sanders, of Tulsa
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Leonard Pirtle officiating. Committal services and interment will follow at Bixby Cemetery in Bixby, Oklahoma. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Owasso FFA, 12901 East 86th Street North, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
