Diversified global industrial company Harsco Corporation based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,  announced today it has acquired Hammco Corporation, an Owasso based provider of process coolers for the natural gas and petrochemical processing industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 

Hammco will join the Harsco Industrial family as Harsco Industrial Hammco, LLC, providing complementary products to Harsco’s Air-X-Changers unit, which produces air-cooled heat exchangers for the natural gas industry.

 

Harsco President and CEO Patrick Decker said, “Hammco provides us with an excellent point of entry into the process cooler market and further strengthens our existing Air-X-Changers business. We warmly welcome our Hammco colleagues to Harsco and look forward to their contributions to our growth in the attractive energy sector.”
