After an intense investigation coupled with cooperation from local and metro media outlets, the suspect in the recent ‘upskirting’ incidents surrendered himself to authorities last night, June 27th at midnight.
Owasso Police Investigators interviewed the suspect at which time Tommy Lee Rogers, a 43yo male of Owasso, was taken into custody and booked into the Owasso Jail. He is currently awaiting transport to the David L Moss Correctional Facility. These charges will be presented to the Tulsa County DA’s office.
