From the City of Owasso:
12/06/2018 – The 2018 Owasso Christmas Parade has been cancelled, due to the impending weather. We have been monitoring the National Weather Service and local news, who continue to advise of a winter storm watch through Saturday. The weather conditions will be hazardous to drive in and all are advising motorist to stay off of the roads.
This decision has not made hastily nor lightly, the Christmas Parade is something we look forward to each year with great anticipation, however, our first priority is to ensure the safety of the parade participants as well as the spectators and citizens.
The 2018 Christmas Parade will not be rescheduled.
