David Wilbrod Hurder
01/24/2019 Just after 4 pm Wednesday, Owasso Police received a call in reference to a possible intoxicated driver in the area of 76th Street North and Highway 169.
Officers located the vehicle parked in a nearby parking lot. Upon investigarion, the officer determined the suspect, David Hurder, 58 of Choctaw, to be under the influence of narcotics. Police seized a baggie with a white powdery residue.
Hurder was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on the following charges:
