From the City of Owasso:
Beginning November 7th through November 10th the intersection of North 119th East Avenue and North 120th East Avenue will be closed for construction (Weather Permitting). Drivers will not be able to exit onto 119th from 120th, and drivers will not be able to enter onto 120th from 119th.
We hope you will have patience, during these much needed improvements.
