Robert Lee AlsupRobert Lee “Rob” Alsup was born April 3rd, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert Louis Alsup and Una Geraldine Chambers. He died Saturday, May 18th 2019 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 61 years. Rob was reared and educated in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and graduated with the Broken Arrow High School Class of 1976. He held many titles in his work life but most knew him as an all-around do-everything handyman. He worked in construction as a home builder and as a maintenance manager for Century Cathedral church in Tulsa. Rob held the title of Children Minister and Church Camp Coordinator alongside his wife at Century Cathedral for 21 years. 
Rob enjoyed life and lived his to the fullest. He loved fishing, hunting and camping out at Spring Creek. He also loved to show off his Nitro fishing boat and all of his latest catches. He was happily married on April 10th 1998 in Broken Arrow to LeAnn Freeman. Rob and LeAnn loved shopping for antiques at various flea markets on Saturday mornings after breakfast together. Rob was a private man but loved to laugh and joke around with his family and close friends.’

Brother; Randy Alsup and wife LuAnn, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
Parents; Reverend Bob and Jeri Alsup of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
 
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23rd 2019, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 24th,2019 at Century Cathedral Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma officiated by Pastor Bob Alsup. Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. that afternoon at Sunrise Cemetery in Kellyville, Oklahoma. 
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Century Cathedral Children’s Ministry, 1212 South 129th East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74108. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
