03/19/2018 – And they’re off!
The cornerstone beams for the new seven6main project were hoisted up Monday morning.
The building will host Smoke restaurant as the anchor, with a second restaurant on the ground floor as well as retail space. The 2nd floor will house office space, and the third floor living space.
The three story project at 76th and Main is slated to be completed by Thanksgiving 2018.
