Shirley Ann Caroline Sieben was born on May 26, 1935, in Farina, Illinois to Walter F. Bergman and Clara (Woodke) Bergman. She passed from this life on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 87 years. Shirley was raised and educated in Altamont, Illinois and graduated with the Altamont High School Class of 1953. She was married on May 14, 1955, in Edgewood, Illinois to Glen Urban Sieben. Shirley spent most of her working life in the home raising her five children. She cherished many weekends with her young family at their beloved lake house on Grand Lake. She loved to go square dancing with Glen and was a proud member of the Owasso Ocean Waves square dancing group. In her spare time, Shirley enjoyed gardening, fishing, and cooking. After Glen’s retirement, they became snowbirds and migrated to South Texas or Florida in their RV trailer during many winter months.
