The Owasso City Council Tuesday night approved extending a $150,000 economic incentive to Sprouts Farmers Market through the Owasso Public Works Authority.
Sprout is scheduled to begin construction by September 1st near Sam’s Club.
The 27,000-square-foot store should be completed by April 2015. It will over 100 full-time and part-time employees.
