08/14/2023 – STORM DEBRIS DROP-OFF and CURBSIDE PICKUP DETAILS: In the aftermath of the recent storm, the designated Storm Debris drop-off facility in the city will be accessible to residents residing within city limits. The drop-off center is situated at the intersection of E 5th Ave and South Main. Residents are required to furnish their City of Owasso utility bill or Rural Water utility bill, alongside their driver’s license, as evidence of city residency. The operational hours are as follows:

  • August 16th to 18th and August 21st to 25th: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • August 19th, 20th, and 26th: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

For those preferring CURBSIDE PICKUP, tree limb debris will be collected on their regular yard waste collection day. It’s necessary to bundle the brush, with each bundle not exceeding four feet in length and two feet in diameter. During August 16th to August 25th, the fee for curbside pickup will be waived for Owasso’s refuse customers.
