01/13/2017 We do not report everything we hear on our police scanner, especially when it might panic parents for no reason at all.
That said, we have had so many question about misinformation out there about an accident this morning, we are addressing it.
An Owasso student had missed the bus in the area of 191st East Place and 118th Street North. The Student was running to catch the bus, hitting the side of it to get the drivers attention when he slipped and fell. The bus driver stopped and thought at first he had run over the student, but that was not the case.
The student was not transported by ambulance, but by a personal vehicle from the scene.
So…. when all was said and done, there was really nothing to report.
