Tabitha Jaye Felts was born on July 20, 1972, in Mountain View, California to James William Fricker and Judith Elaine (King) Fricker. She passed from this life on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 53 years. Tabitha was raised and educated in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated with the Will Rogers High School Class of 1990. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Tulsa. Tabitha was currently working as a supervisor at the Tulsa County Assessor’s office. During this time, she achieved the designation of Personal Property Specialist from the International Association of Assessing Officers. At the time of her achievement there were only 78 individuals with the designation world wide. She was engaged to her Fiancé, Chris Mendez, and was set to be married on November 5, 2025, at Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri. Tabitha had most recently been attending Trinity Presbyterian Church in Owasso. She was a proud member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. In her spare time, Tabitha enjoyed a variety of past times such as shooting pool, gardening, baking, traveling, studying genealogy, anything Disney, and watching her kid’s sporting events.
