01/09/2018 – An upcoming agenda of the Owasso Economic Development Department lists the new tenants for the old Applebee’s building at Smith Farm will be Chipotle and Five Guys Burgers.
The building is located at 9039 North 121st Street in Smith Farm Shopping Center.
Remodeling of the current space is underway.
