Stacey Thetford, a witness at the scene comment on Owassoisms Facebook page that:

“there were two boys riding motorcycles and one was turning left into the entrance of Preston Lakes but his friend didn’t realize it and clipped him (his leg). Both boys were thrown from their motorcycles. They were both wearing helmets!”

One will likely go straight to surgery (open fracture to lower leg possibly) and the other has road rash to his back side and possibly a shoulder injury. That was all I was able to decipher when trying to help at the scene.”
