10/11/2021 – City of Owasso Street Division Crews will begin traffic signal maintenance at East 86th Street North and North 123rd E Avenue on October 18th.
Work will be complete by 5pm on October 19th (Weather Permitting).
During this time, driver should expect limited lane closures and traffic signals lights in “red flashing mode”. Use caution and obey traffic signage.
