10/15/2020 – OMMA is assisting Green Motavation (OMMA License #PAAA-N1BZ-XIE9) in communications regarding a recall of medical marijuana products that were processed using Batch #M200807-1. The recall was initiated on Thursday, October 8, 2020.
The products being recalled are labeled as BARZ, Caramel, Dank Confections, Fresh Bake, Mr. Mack’s, PotPops, and Pusher. All products show either Batch #M200807-1 or Batch Number #M200807-11 on the package due to a labeling error. According to Green Motavation 111 LLC, these medical marijuana products have failed pesticide testing and may not be safe for consumers.
OMMA is requesting that any dispensaries and patients in receipt of the affected products please contact Green Motavation 111 LLC or the dispensary from which they have purchased the above products about their recall procedures. Dispensaries should notify patients or caregivers who have purchased these medical marijuana products.
