Mills Elementary PTO is holding their 3rd Annual Holiday Craft Fair Fundraiser and vendors are needed!

When: Saturday, November 7th, 2015 from 9am – 5pm

Mills is located at 8200 N. 124th East Ave, Owasso.

Mills has mapped out space throughout the school for vendors to be located at.  Plans include door prizes, raffles, warm food and sweet treats!

Vendor applications must be returned to Mills on October 16th by 3:30pm in order to be considered. 

Raffles will be sold during the fair. Vendors are asked they donate an item that represents their booth, with a value of no less than $20. Staff will collect these items on Saturday before the fair opens.  All monies collected from the raffle will be used to improve the school.

To apply, complete the attached paperwork (application agreement) and return to the above address.

Checks can be made to Mills Action Club (MAC). The craft fair is ran by Mills’ PTO group and all proceeds from booth rental and other fees go to improvements for the school, students and staff.
