02/19/2019 – A new activity has popped up at the Owasso Community Center. Seniors have come together and are having a great time at “jam sessions” every Tuesday.
Miss Peggy Lee ( Peggy Cox) said she started asking around to see if anyone was interested and from that was born the “Seenager Acoustic Jam.” (as in “we’ve seen it all at our age”)
Today we caught up with Peggy Lee, Dean Behrens and Roy Sensintaffar, who were having a great time strumming along together. They enjoy making music and invite anyone to come and jam with them. They meet each Tuesday at the Owasso Community Center from 11:30am-12:30 pm.
