William Edward “Bill” Green was born August 29, in Jackson Heights, New York, to George William and Eileen Edna Schuermann Green. He died Tuesday, November 27, 2018, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 years. Bill graduated from Nathan Hale High School and began his banking career with Admiral State Bank in 1963. He attended Louisiana State University’s School of Banking of the South in 1976. He began working for Liberty Bank of Owasso in 1980. When Liberty was acquired by RCB Bank in 1993, he moved from Owasso to serve as Branch President of the Skiatook Branch. Bill was always involved in supporting community activities and was an active member of the Sertoma Club, Rotary Club, and Chamber of Commerce. He was married October 19, 2007, in Owasso, Oklahoma, to Patty Edwards.
Bill enjoyed a variety of pastimes including fishing, water skiing, bowling, and chess. He liked to spend time watching old westerns and grilling for family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Kathy Claussen.
