William Owen “Bill” Kelley was born July 12, 1968, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to William Robert Kelley and Viva Jean Barney. He died Sunday, December 7, 2014, in Sperry, Oklahoma, at the age of 46 years. Bill completed his secondary education in Antlers, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Antlers High School Class of 1987. He continued his education attending the University of Oklahoma where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in computer programming. He was married July 14, 1993, in Dallas, Texas, to Deborah Ann Bomer. They had made their home in Owasso since 1999. Bill spent most of his working life as a sales representative with SAP in Tulsa. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially anything that involved being outdoors including hunting, fishing, and snow skiing. Most important was spending time with his family and friends.

A visitation with no viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 14, 2014, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2014, at First Christian Church in Owasso with Pastor Charlie Curran officiating.
