KelleyWilliam Owen “Bill” Kelley was born July 12, 1968, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to William Robert Kelley and Viva Jean Barney. He died Sunday, December 7, 2014, in Sperry, Oklahoma, at the age of 46 years. Bill completed his secondary education in Antlers, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Antlers High School Class of 1987. He continued his education attending the University of Oklahoma where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in computer programming. He was married July 14, 1993, in Dallas, Texas, to Deborah Ann Bomer. They had made their home in Owasso since 1999. Bill spent most of his working life as a sales representative with SAP in Tulsa. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially anything that involved being outdoors including hunting, fishing, and snow skiing. Most important was spending time with his family and friends.

Loving family members include: His wife; Deborah Children; Parker, Peyton, and Broc, all of the home Father; William Robert “Bill” Kelley and wife Joyce, of Owasso Mother; Viva Barney, of Owasso Sister; Kim Hightower and husband Danny, of Owasso Brother; Paul Kelley and wife Eva, of Broken Arrow, OK Brother; Brien Brown and wife Kelli, of Owasso Brother; Richard Kelley, of Owasso Sister; Darryn Stere and husband Tom, of Tofino, British Columbia Extended family members include: Carol Jo Wampler and husband Joe, of Owasso Dan Barney, of Antlers Dr. Donald Bomer and wife Vivian, of Wichita Falls, Texas Betty Smith and husband Ray, of Owasso David Bomer and wife Nicki, of Wichita Falls Beth Dulle and husband Joe, of Fort Worth, Texas Doug Bomer and wife Carleen, of Wichita Falls And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A visitation with no viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 14, 2014, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2014, at First Christian Church in Owasso with Pastor Charlie Curran officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made in memory of Bill Kelley to Owasso Athletics, c/o Owasso High School, 12901 East 86th Street North, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055, or First Christian Church YouthQuake, 10110 North Garnett Road, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055.
