Uniform is not included in sign up cost. COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE required. A birth certificate can be faxed to 918-371-9281 or emailed to [email protected].
Personnel will be at the F.O.R. office located at the Owasso Sports Park, 10320 East 116 North on Saturday, October 12th from 10 am to 2 pm and Sunday, October 13th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm for questions.
If you are a new recreational Player, please come by the F.O.R. office located at the Owasso Sports Park if you have any questions. FUNDRAISING AVAILABLE.
