 Gary G. Stevens was born July 23, 1946, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to Elvie Duil and Marjorie Irene Judkins Stevens. He died Thursday, February 15, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 71 years. Gary moved with his family to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he completed his secondary education and was a graduate of McClain High School. He spent most of his working life with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation as a transportation specialist. He was married August 8, 1998, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Linda Johnson. Gary was a 32nd degree mason and a member of the Tulsa Masonic Lodge. He regularly attended Life.Church in Owasso. Gary enjoyed a variety of pastimes including fishing and riding motorcycles. He and Linda loved to square dance and were active with the Single Squares and the Heel Cloppers. He was an avid Oklahoma Sooners football fan. Most important was spending time with his grandchildren.

 Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Life.Church in Owasso with Pastor Richie Leber and Pastor Rob Beckley officiating. Committal service and interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
