Dale was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Owasso and served as general Sunday school secretary for a number of years. He enjoyed watching basketball, baseball, football and soccer. His favorite team was the Owasso Rams where he loved watching his sons play basketball and regularly attended the football and baseball games. Besides the Rams, his other team favorites were OSU, OU, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Dallas Cowboys. When his grandsons came along and played soccer, he never missed a game if he could help it. After retirement, he had the opportunity to fish anytime and he took advantage of this. He also wrapped fishing rods, giving them to family members. When he couldn’t fish, Dale enjoyed reading, especially westerns. Dale was a faithful and loving husband, father and grandfather. He was always friendly and outgoing and slow to anger.
