Children’s Halloween Costume Contest!
Email your child’s picture along with their name and age to [email protected] . Be sure to put “Halloween Contest” in the subject line. All photos must be received by noon on Saturday, November 1.
A group of judges will go over all the pictures and announce a winner on Monday, November 3rd. Contest is open for children 0-12 years who are residents of Owasso or Collinsville Oklahoma.
