Jayce David Dye was born on May 9, 2017, to Junior DeWayne Dye and Dakota DeAnn (Cochran) Dye. He passed from this life on Sunday, February 12, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 5 years. Jayce was compassionate and a kind spirit that loved his family. After being diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy at 2 months old Jayce had very limited mobility, but he wouldn’t let that stop him from seeing the world. He loved using his handheld mirror to move around and be able to see the world and all of those he loved in it. Jayce loved watching movies, especially Minions and Ice Age. He also loved having and playing with his binky.

Jayce is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of Jayce’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 17. 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Jerry Kuhn officiating.
