Joseph Michael DiCiolla was born on March 10, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph D. DiCiolla and Angela Rosa (Dicinto) DiCiolla. He passed from this life on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at his home in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years. Joseph was raised and educated in Chicago and graduated with the Holy Trinity High School Class of 1965. He enlisted and served his country honorably in the United States Air Force from 11 March 1966 to 10 March 1970. Joseph was married on April 2, 1977, in Wood Dale, Illinois to Linda Tavia (Schilling) DiCiolla. Joseph earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from the College of San Mateo, in San Mateo, California, in January 1978. He spent most of his working life as an MD80 Maintenance Control Technician with American Airlines. Joesph was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church since moving to Owasso in 2003. In his spare time, he enjoyed flying and working on his plane, teaching pilot instruction, and watching action and horror movies.
