Leanna Bobino was born April 8, 1940, in Owasso, Oklahoma, to Alvin B. “Gus” Fields and Julia Kathryn Keim Fields. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family Monday, May 5, 2025, in Owasso at the age of 85 years. Leanna was a lifetime resident of Owasso where she completed her secondary education and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 1958. She married Allen Donald Bobino February 8, 1957, in Arkansas, and married him a second time, because her family was mad, they eloped.
Leanna retired as a custodian from Owasso Public Schools. She also worked for many years at Safeway as a cashier. She was a member of the Cowboy Country Church in Talala, Oklahoma. Leanna enjoyed a variety of pastimes including cross stitching and quilting, and it was rare to see her without a book to read. Leanna dearly loved her family especially the grandkids who affectionately knew her as “Granny”.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gus and Julia Fields, husband, Don Bobino, brother, Bud Fields, nephew, Jay Daniels, grandson, Travis Brummett, and great grandson, Travor Brown.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Dave McPherson officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Frank Brummett, Mike Bobino, Tristan Brummett, McKenon Coffe, Alan Legates, and Nathan Leeson. Committal service and interment will follow at Sandridge Cemetery in rural Collinsville, Oklahoma. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Leanna’s memory to the Shriners Children’s, Attn: Shriners Children’s, P.O Box 947765, Atlanta, Georgia, 30394, or at www.shrinerschildrens.org. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
