Linda Sue CallLinda Sue Call was born February 15, 1948, in Odessa, Texas, to A.L. Pennington and Helen Louise Noble Pennington. She died Sunday, December 12, 2021, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 years. Linda completed her secondary education in Collinsville, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Collinsville High School Class of 1966. In 1973, she married Raymond Call in Arkansas. Linda spent much of her working life as an assembly line worker with Zebco in Tulsa. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including throwing grand Halloween parties for her grandkids and decorating for Christmas. She loved cooking and teaching her family how to cook and can. Linda always liked looking for a good bargain at garage sales and going shopping for antiques. She loved going to the casino, the beaches, and planning trips that she never took. She cared for her flower bed and tending to all her plants. She enjoyed a good wine, red beer, whiskey sours, margaritas, and mimosas. If you wonder how her liver was at the end of all this….it was just fine.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond, brother, Al Pennington, sister, Debbie Webb, and grandson, Ryver Glade Sutton.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 20, 2021, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Father Chris Waters officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Ron Sutton, Michael Webb, Cody Call, Cierra Call, Aspyn Sutton, and Shayd Sutton. Honorary casket bearers will be Raymond Call, Phil Pennington, and Chad Pennington. Committal service and interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
