“Atlanta’s Hostage Hero”, Ashley Smith & #HopeDealer, Lance Lang, to speak at 1st “Night of Hope Owasso” event!

Owasso Okla., February 10th, 2017: Hope is Alive (HIA) announced today “Atlanta Hostage Hero” Ashley Smith will be speaking at Night of Hope Owasso, a free one of a kind gathering aiming to inspire HOPE and give HELP to the thousands of Oklahoman’s impacted by drug and alcohol addiction.

Lance Lang, Founder of Hope is Alive Ministries says, “our goal is to create an evening filled with hope and overflowing with answers to the tough questions families of addicted people are facing every day,” he continued. “Addiction in Oklahoma is at epidemic levels; it’s tearing up our families and leaving many Oklahoman’s feeling defeated and alone. Night of Hope Owasso is specifically geared to help those people know that there is hope, there is help and there is a pathway to a life free from addiction.”

Night of Hope Owasso will shine a light on inspirational stories of recovery from across our state, provide powerful music, surprise, special guest appearances, moving sobriety celebrations, stories of hope from recovering addicts and offer a special tribute to women in recovery. It will be a night attendees will never forget!

Keynote speaker & NY Times best-selling author Ashley Smith will tell her powerful story of overcoming a 7 hour hostage situation and how that event enabled her to begin to overcome her methamphetamine addiction.

The free event will be held Friday February 10th at 7 PM at First Baptist Owasso located at 13307 E 96th St N Owasso, OK 74055.
