09/08/2020 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred Tuesday morning at 6:04 AM on US169 southbound, approximately 1155 ft. north of 56th Street North, in Tulsa County.

Phillip Davis, age 33 of Collinsville was driving a 2010 Nissan Titan southbound on US169.  An unknown vehicle drifted into his lane, causing him to veer right onto the shoulder striking a pedestrian. Davis was not injured.

The pedestrian, Eddie Christman, age 58 of Oklahoma City,  was transported by EMSA to St. John Hospital in Tulsa, where he was admitted in stable condition with trunk internal injuries.

  • Cause of Collision: No improper action/avoiding another vehicle   
  • Seatbelts – In use by the driver
  • Weather – Clear
