According to the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, the Department of Homeland Security has received Oklahoma’s extension request and is nearing completion of the review. Federal agencies have been advised that there will be a grace period until July 10, 2017, and agencies will still be able to accept driver’s licenses and identification issued by affected states throughout this grace period.
