Paul Ross of American Waste Control presented a $1,524 check to Owasso Community Resources Executive Director Randy Cowling on Monday. The donation is proceeds from a month-long Christmas paper recycling program American Waste Control concluded on Jan. 6. Cowling said the funds will go to help provide food and emergency assistance for families in need.
