OHP Hat08/19/2018 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred Saturday, August 18, just after 10:00pm on 36700 Road 0.2 miles south of 5400 Road, approximately 2 miles south of Cleveland, in Pawnee County.

David Burchette, 59, of Owasso was driving a 2005 Toyota truck southbound on 36700 Road when a 13yo juvenile male of Cleveland, OK entered the roadway hitting Burchette’s car. The 13yo pedestrian was transported by Hominy EMS to Cleveland Airport. AirEvac then transported him to St. John Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in stable condition with head injuries.

Burchette and his passenger, Larry Woodworth, age 55 of Tulsa were not injured.
