With the cooperation of Quik Trip corporate management, the Owasso Police Department will be strictly enforcing the loitering ordinance at the QT store located at E 86 ST N and N 129 E AVE. “No Loitering” signs have now been clearly posted outside the store and persons found lingering in the area will be instructed to vacate and/or issued a citation.
As with the other businesses with similar loitering bans, parents are strongly discouraged from using this area as a school pick-up/drop-off location. Due to recent altercations/disturbances, OPD will have additional officers in the area for the foreseeable future.
