03/28/2018 – On Wednesday, March 21st at approximately 9PM Owasso Police responded to reported disturbance at 7591 N Owasso Expressway, Owasso, Tulsa County.  Upon arrival officers found an injured man, who had been stabbed multiple times, as well as witnesses to the event.

Officers were able to determine that an argument ensued between two men who were at the time parked in the drive-thru at the Wendy’s Restaurant at that location, and a male who was parked at the QuikTrip Convenience Store, which was in the adjacent parking lot.  The argument turned physical when the individual from the convenience store, and the passenger of the car from the restaurant exited their vehicles began to fight.

According to witnesses, once the individuals were on the ground, the driver of the vehicle that was at the restaurant exited his car, approached the two fighters armed with a knife and began stabbing the man that had walked from the convenience store.  The two that were parked at the restaurant then re-entered their vehicle and fled the area.  Owasso Fire Medics responded for the injured party and rushed him to a metropolitan hospital.  Investigators responded to the scene for processing.

Camera footage and witness testimony eventually led investigators to seek a Warrant for the arrest of the individual responsible for the stabbing, Allen Jarrett Williams of Tulsa.  The Warrant, for Aggravated Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, was signed by a Tulsa County District Court Judge. Owasso and Broken Arrow Police who are attached to the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force, along with the Broken Arrow Police Department, served the warrant on Williams at his place of employment in the City of Broken Arrow this morning, 03-28-2018, at 8AM.  He was arrested without incident.
