Owasso Police are asking your help in identifying this Person of Interest.
The person seen in this video capture may or may not have been aware that while visiting the Owasso Walmart Supercenter on Monday, November 18th he struck another vehicle while parking.
The driver appears a be a white male, around 60 years of age, with a stocky build, wearing a red jacket, tan pants and a yellow hat with the letters “JL” on it. This person’s truck appears to be a white Chevy Silverado with a black tonneau cover.
