Owasso, Okla. (Oct. 11, 2016) –Bailey Medical Center has, for the fifth year, been named one of the “100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare, ranking 38th on this year’s overall list and 14th in the Small Hospital classification. Bailey Medical Center is one of only three Oklahoma health care organizations on the 2016 list.
The ranking announcement was made Oct. 6 at a reception in New Orleans, Louisiana. Bailey Medical Center chief executive officer, Keith Mason, was on hand to accept the hospital’s recognition.
“This recognition is a testament to the incredible team we have at Bailey,” said Mason. “We are committed not only to providing high-quality health care to our patients, but also to creating a dynamic work environment for our employees. I’m proud of the culture we’ve created at Bailey.”
Bailey Medical Center is part of Hillcrest HealthCare System which owned by Ardent Health Services (AHS). In total, five AHS-affiliated hospitals made this year’s list.
