Pete Roberts was born November 23, 1944, in Westover, Pennsylvania, to Kenneth Leroy Roberts, Sr., and Alice Berkey Weaver. He died Wednesday, August 28, 2013, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 68 years. Pete completed his secondary education in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was a graduate of Nathan Hale High School. He was a veteran of the armed forces having served his country honorably with the United States Air Force during Vietnam. Pete was married May 8, 1970, in Tulsa, to Carolyn Ann Thompson. They had made their home in Owasso since 1984. He spent most of his working life as a traffic manager with VIP Frozen Foods. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially woodworking and landscaping.

He was preceded in death by his father, and a sister, Sally Benjamin.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 Friday, August 30, 2013, at Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso.
