10/23/2020 – The Owasso Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution had a Facebook Auction in August 2020 to raise a $1000 to purchase a TV, a few new chairs, and other equipment for The Owasso Community Center.  Modern Woodmen of America,

Owasso, said they would match if the chapter met its $1000 goal.  The Owasso Chapter  accepted the challenge met its goal plus.

On October 22, 2020, the two organizations met at Owasso Community Center to present the $2000 to Director Josh Quiqley,  and his staff for purchase of the TV and other equipment needed for the meeting rooms.  The presentation was made by Sue  Roth and Carol Smemoe of Owasso Chapter, NSDAR, and Earline Lowther of Modern Woodmen of America.
