Toni Suzanne Smith was born August 20, 1939, in Kingman, Kansas, to Lester Ben and Clara Agnes Newberry Steele. She died Tuesday, November 24, 2020, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 81 years. Toni completed her secondary education in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Central High School Class of 1957. She spent much of her working life as a homemaker and caring for her family. Toni was strong in her faith and was a member of Beaver Street Baptist Church in Jenks, Oklahoma. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including playing card games, but she especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Lester Ben Steele, Jr., and sister, Betty Jacqueline Johnson.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
