Saturday April 23, 2016 – Be Wise – Immunize at the Tulsa Zoo! From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Enjoy FREE admission to the Tulsa Zoo for each child immunized at this fun event plus up to two accompanying family members!
• Immunizations available for infants/children through 18 years of age
• Child must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian and must bring immunization record
• Immunizations provided at no charge for those who qualify*
