Owassoisms Tricia Curtis, heard what she thought was Thunder Tuesday evening. Going outside to investigate she saw a car had crashed through a neighbors back yard.
Owasso Police and Fire crews responded to a single car accidents just before 10pm Tuesday evening. The accident happened on 129th East Avenue near the Owasso 6th Grade Center.
Officers say the driver ran off the road, through a privacy fence and into a back yard. The car flipped on its top and extrication by the fire department was needed.
Originally Life Flight was requested, but the driver was later transported by ambulance to a Tulsa hospital emergency status.
