COVID-19 Information

Text for Information about Coronavirus03/18/2020 – At the regular meeting of the Owasso City Council, March 17, 2020, the Council approved an Emergency Declaration regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). This order is effective until April 14, 2020, 6:30 pm. 

In addition, the following notices have been posted:

Effective March 18, 2020, the City of Owasso has temporarily suspended shut-off orders for nonpayment of utilities. The City will re-evaluate this suspension in 30 days. However, utility customers should continue to pay their bills, as customers will be responsible for any fees accrued for late/non-payment during this moratorium. Payments for utilities can be made on-line, by postal delivery, or placed in the Payment Drop Box at City Hall.  Please continue to monitor the city’s website and social media pages for updates.
